Defining AmeriCorps for kindergarten thru sixth grade students while teaching them conflict resolution becomes a complex task for Kimberly Urish and her AmeriCorps*NCCC team members as they come to find that the concept of helping others without intentions for personal gain is difficult for the children to grasp simply because it's something they've never seen.
