To deepen our understanding of volunteering in America and to promote its growth, the Corporation has created a comprehensive new interactive web tool--called Volunteering in America--that presents and analyzes the latest Census Bureau data on volunteer trends and demographics for all 50 states and more than 125 cities.  The new website allows visitors to create customizable data sheets on areas of volunteering that interest them most, and contains links to a variety of useful resources.

For the 14 years he has lived in Cathedral Towers, a senior citizens housing complex in Jacksonville, Fla., Paul Clark has undertaken a variety of volunteer activities, including serving as an RSVP Floor Captain in his building.
